SDAC Workshop Series Summer Semester 2022: Business Etiquette
In the framework of the SDAC workshop series, Franka Elsbett-Klumpers, owner EK Training – Etikette & Kommunikation, offered a workshop for business etiquette on May 27th, 2022.
Through active discussions and group work, students dealt with interesting and important questions such as, “Who should we greet first?” and “Who should we first shake a hand?” as well as “How to avoid etiquette sins?”
